Global Assistance Specialist
Debbie Allen is a licensed Unity teacher (2003) and coordinates ministries wishing to join the Unity Identity Program (branding). She works in various circles here at the central office in such areas as education, development, Unity Leaders Journal, Unity People’s Convention and accounting. She has been serving at the central office since 1997 and loves working with the field. Debbie is also trained by Edwene Gaines as a Master Prosperity Teacher.
Development Project Manager
Mike joined UWM in 2017 and has over 10 years’ experience in nonprofit resource development. He is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with our donors that result in goodwill and increased philanthropic engagement.
Denise is serving as a part-time administrative assistant in the Member Services area. Due to our commitment to a team approach, she provides support to all areas of Member Services, but her primary focus will be Credentialing. Denise is also responsible for recording Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for Unity ministers and licensed teachers.
Marketing and Communications Specialist
Laura is a primarily self-taught graphic designer from the Kansas City area. She graduated from the University of Kansas and works with several mediums including charcoal, mixed media and digital art. Her work supports Unity Worldwide Ministries’ marketing initiatives. Laura also designs print materials and online media.
Joanna designs our website and printed materials for Unity Worldwide Ministries including brochures, manuals, curriculum and newsletters.
Executive Board of Trustees Coordinator
Cathy works as the UWM Board of Trustees coordinator and in service to the President/CEO. She also works with the following ministry teams Leadership Recruitment Development Team, Standards, Bylaws, ERS Chairs, Judicatory Reps, Regional Advisory Council, and various task teams. Some of her other duties include updating, revising and consultating with field constituents regarding bylaws, church policies, and the Ethics Review System (ERS) process; and also maintaining UWM policy manual and bylaws.
Ministry Leadership Coordinator
Rev Doug's focus is to establish and maintain healthy connections and communication with ministers, spiritual leaders, boards and ministries through accessible trainings, ministry assessments and compassionate care. Doug will also collaborate with, guide and develop member services-related teams in achieving Principle based, high-quality services for our member ministries. He is also an adjunct faculty member for Unity Worldwide Spiritual Institute.
Kevin is responsible for managing inventory, shipments and the building. Kevin is also responsible for moving convention equipment and supplies.
Executive Director of Education
Deborah is an ordained Unity minister (2006) and licensed Unity teacher. She oversees programs and services involving spiritual education for all ages, including Unity Worldwide Spiritual Institute, leadership development, and worldwide support. Deborah is responsible for the development of UWM's Leadership Guides.
Director of Academic & Student Affairs
Jim is an ordained Unity minister (1979) with 12 years in field ministries. He has been a faculty member of Unity School of Christianity/Unity Institute for over 20 years and is the former President of Holos University Graduate Seminary where he taught theology and ethics. Jim now supports the students and staff of Unity Worldwide Spiritual Institute.
Registrar, Unity Worldwide Spiritual Institute
Chris supports Unity Worldwide Spiritual Institute's students and faculty in both the SEE and Ministerial & Religious Studies programs. She supports student's enrolling in UWSI, registering them for courses, providing transcripts and graduation documents. Chris also supports instructors (online and in the field) with registering their classes, collecting grades, etc.
As the part-time assistant registrar, Marti assists the registrar of Unity Worldwide Spiritual Institute in the entering of course and grade information for both online and Unity field courses. She also supports students and instructors with user names and passwords.
Celia handles accounts receivable and human resources support. She also organizes office processes to create efficiencies and solutions.
Donna, ordained in 1996, served 16 successful years as a field minister including 13 years as the senior minister at Unity of Fairfax in Northern Virginia which has been a participant in the Transformation Experience Pilot Program and the Unity Identity Program (branding). She was a Unity Worldwide Ministries Board member for five (5) years and a member of the joint Integration Team with Unity School representatives.
She has served on the Admissions Team, Church Growth and Development Team, Credential Leaders and Ministry Review Team (CLMRT), Gifts and Grants Team and the Future Trends Team. Donna is pleased and honored to be serving our Unity movement and has great hope for a stronger Unity.
Data and Development Coordinator
Diana, ordained as a Unity minister 2013, supports the UWM database and financial development. She also coordinates the award process for the Responsive Website Grant and the Audio Video Podcasting Grant. Diana supports our ministries by maintaining an online training library for audio/video podcasting. Diana has served as a member of both the Health and Wholeness Ministry Team and the Licensing and Ordination Ministry Team. She also volunteers her time to support the annual IYOU teen event, writes for Unity publications and speaks at local Unity ministries. Diana loves her work at Unity Worldwide Ministries and enjoys helping Unity ministries shine their light into the world!
Transitional, Employment & Evolving Ministries Coordinator
Carrie, an ordained Unity minister (2009) and licensed Unity teacher, coordinates all aspects of the employment process for credentialed leaders, spiritual leaders and ministries as well as providing support on questions regarding compensation, church governance and operations, (bylaws, ministry policies, code of ethics). She also provides assistance (USA including Puerto Rico, Canada only) to those who are interested in starting a new church or alternative ministry, or who want to know more about what support is available. Carrie works closely with a number of related ministry teams including Colleague Connect, Ministry Skills and Transition, Credentialing and Standards. Her focus is to create connections with and between ministers/spiritual leaders/ministries and Unity Worldwide Ministries’ central office.
Media Production Coordinator
Jacquie, ordained Unity Minister (2015), manages our multi-media materials and our social media presence. Her focus is to use digital spaces to build real-life relationships. Jacquie is also the staff liaison to the Music Ministry Team.
Worldwide and Spanish-Speaking Services Coordinator
Xiomara, ordained Unity minister (1999), supports Unity National Schools and Associations of Unity Leaders and Ministries outside the United States and education and credentialing for Spanish speakers within the United States.
Lynn, ordained Unity minister (2003), works directly with applicants wishing to become credentialed as an ordained Unity minister, as well as the related ministry teams and liaisons with Unity Worldwide Spiritual Institute, Unity Urban Ministerial School and the Field Licensing program. She also assists applicants in becoming a licensed Unity teacher and facilitates the Skills Demonstration Seminar program that each candidate must complete before licensing. She continues to support teachers after they are licensed, as well as supporting ministers and teachers to create healthy minister-teacher relationships within our spiritual communities.
Louis Olivieri is a licensed Unity teacher (licensed in 2011) and has contracted with UWM to be our Event Specialist. Louis' role will be all event planning at UWM including the convention and the annual summit. Louis is also active at his home center, Unity of New York, New York City, N.Y., where he most recently served as Pastoral Director. If you have questions concerning convention or the annual summit, you can direct them to him.

Pami Parker is assisting with the development of the online courses for Unity Worldwide Spiritual Institute.
Michael is an ordained Unity minister who is splitting his time between serving as receptionist at UWM on Mondays and Thursdays, and associate minister at Unity of Kansas City North, Kansas City, Mo.
Executive Administrative Assistant
Diane has a broad skill set and dedication to Unity teachings. She assists the Member Services area including doing all background checks. She owns Natural Accents Lighting Design with her husband and has served in many capacities including accounting support, marketing and web editing. Diane attends Unity Temple on the Plaza, Kansas City, Mo.

Bernadette, licensed Unity teacher (2006), writes for and edits Unity Worldwide Ministries' publications, including The Path, Unity Leaders Journal, Important Communications, and the website. She is responsible for the Communications & Marketing area, overseeing graphics and media, as well as directing the Unity Identity Program (branding).

COO/CFO/Vice President Administration and Finance
Rev Bruce Verkruyse (ordained 2013) is responsible for oversight of the fiscal affairs of UWM, including benefit offerings for members, the physical plant, inventory management, and hosting events. Bruce offers consulting to spiritual communities and ministers regarding a wide range of financial considerations.
Member Services Director
Rev Cynthia is responsible for overseeing ministry employment services; development of new and alternative ministries; ministry skills consulting and trainings; youth and family ministry consulting; transitional ministry support and consulting; credentialing services; questions and support with regards to bylaws, policies, procedures, and ministry development; conflict transformation; ethical questions, concerns and complaints.
Media Development Specialist
Andy’s position is part of our Templeton Foundation grant that is assisting UWM in setting up a media house. His area of expertise is video and he is working with Rev Jacquie Lenati. He is a movie lover and has managed to transfer his love for film and photography into his daily passion.
